Decluttering & Organising

From £110 /half day

  • Half day = 3 hours working directly with you

 

  • Suitable for a small project or small area of your home

 

  • An in-person meeting at your home to assess the space and have an in depth discussion about how we can meet your needs

 

  • Systematically go through the room and its items, organising them accordingly to commence restoring order to your life

 

  • Experience a sense of tranquillity and peace knowing that order has been restored to your home and life

 

  • Cost above is for one member of staff. For some sessions we may require two members of staff, therefore the cost will be double

 

  • Price may vary based on the job's scope and the time needed for completion

 

Decluttering & Organising 

From £210 /full day

  • Full day = 6 hours working directly with you

 

  • Suitable for a larger project or multiple rooms of your home

 

  • An in-person meeting at your home to assess the space and have an in depth discussion about how we can meet your needs

 

  • Systematically go through the room and its items, organising them accordingly to commence restoring order to your life

 

  • Experience a sense of tranquillity and peace knowing that order has been restored to your home and life

 

  • Cost above is for one member of staff. For some sessions we may require two members of staff, therefore the cost will be double

 

  • Price may vary based on the job's scope and the time needed for completion

 

Residential Cleaning

From £17 /per hour

An in-person meeting at your home will be carried out to assess the space and have an in depth discussion about how we can meet your needs. This applies to all services listed below. 

Standard one off clean (minimum of 2 hours)

£17 /per hour

  • The aim of a one off service is to bring your home back to a condition that is easier for you to maintain

Standard regular clean (minimum of 2 hours)

£17 /per hour

  •  We offer this service on a weekly or fortnightly basis

Deep cleans

£22 /per hour

  •  We offer this service as both a one off or regular weekly or fortnightly basis

 

Standard cleaning services may include the following tasks-

Living Areas:

  • Dust all surfaces (furniture, shelves, picture frames)
  • Clean and dust light fixtures and ceiling fans
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs
  • Sweep and mop hardwood or tile floors
  • Clean windowsills and window tracks
  • Empty bins and replace liners
  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

Bedrooms:

  • Make the bed
  • Dust all surfaces (nightstands, dressers, shelves)
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs
  • Sweep and mop hardwood or tile floors
  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
  • Empty bins and replace liners

Bathrooms:

  • Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, and taps
  • Clean and disinfect toilets
  • Clean and disinfect bathtubs and showers
  • Wipe tiles
  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Empty bins and replace liners

Kitchen:

  • Clean and disinfect countertops and backsplash
  • Clean and disinfect sink and taps
  • Wipe down cabinet fronts and handles
  • Clean exterior of appliances (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator)
  • Wipe down small appliances (toaster, coffee maker)
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Empty bins and replace liners

Dining Area:

  • Dust all surfaces (table, chairs, shelves)
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs
  • Sweep and mop hardwood or tile floors
  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

Additional tasks that elevate it to a deep clean include-

  • Clean interior windows
  • Clean baseboards
  • Dust and clean blinds
  • Clean inside the refrigerator and microwave
  • Spot clean walls and doors
  • Deep clean specific areas (e.g., high traffic areas, pet zones)

Additional Services 

  • If during the consultation period it is agreed you may benefit from a skip or skip bag, we will be happy to arrange this on your behalf but you will be required to make full payment directly to the chosen company. Beyond Tidy do not hold any responsibility for missed payments to the skip company. 

(Please inform us during the consultation process if you wish for us to arrange this on your behalf).

 

  • We are happy to purchase storage boxes on your behalf prior to the session. A deposit may be required and the remaining cost of the boxes will be included in your final invoice. Receipts will be provided to you for proof of purchase. 

(Please inform us during consultation process if you would like us to purchase the boxes for you).

 

  • We will transport items to a local charity shop for you at an additional cost of- £20 /per car load

50% Deposit required upon booking

A 50% deposit will be required upon confirmation of booking for all services. The remaining balance will be payable at the end of the session by bank transfer, PayPal, cash or cheque. 

Block bookings available for decluttering and organising services

If you decide after our first session you wish to continue using our services to help organise and declutter more spaces in your home, we offer block bookings at reduced rates.

A copy of our Terms and Conditions will need to be signed prior to all sessions. A copy will be sent to you in a confirmation booking email along with bank transfer details.
